The Highest Buildings

       Designed to create work around the lack of space in big cities, large buildings are marvels of engineering. Some have become true works of art and postcards of the cities where they were built. The engineering can overcome their challenges every day.Under construction or already built, this is the list of the tallest buildings on the planet.


1 - Burj Khalifa - Dubai, UAE - 828 m

2 - Busan Lotte Tower (Lotte World II) - Busan, South Korea - 510 m

3 - Taipei 101 - Taipei, China - 508 meters

6 - The Petronas Towers - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - 452 m

10 - Two International Finance Centre - Hong Kong, China - 412 m
        Built between 2000 and 2003, the IFC complex is one of the attractions of Hong Kong, with its 88 floors of offices, hotels, residential and shopping malls with luxury brands.
